Welcome to a world alive with signs.
Teaching nature-led divination, priestess seership, and oracular listening...
I’m here to help you remember what diviners, artists, and priestesses have always known: that the land speaks, symbols carry meaning, and divination is a living conversation with nature, spirit, intuition, and the unseen world.
The Diviner’s Path arrives June 8

The Practice Beneath the Tools
Tarot, runes, pendulums, dreams, and omens are only the beginning. JoAnna’s work teaches divination as an art that helps you ask better questions, recognize patterns, build respectful relationships, and respond to life with intuition and clarity.

Read the Living World
Nature-Led Divination
Learn to approach divination through relationship with land, season, animal, weather, dream, omen, and tool. These are grounded, animist practices rooted in observation, reverence, and real-life action.

Prepare the Vessel
Priest/Priestess Seership
Deeper oracular work requires more than intuition. It asks for spiritual preparation, self-knowledge and reflection, structure, discernment, and the maturity to receive and carry messages responsibly.

Hear the Pattern
Oracular Listening
Drawing on JoAnna’s decades of experience as a classical musician and trained Seer, this practice trains the ear of the soul: the ability to notice timing, resonance, symbolic language, and connections beneath events.

In this episode, I’m joined once again by Dr. Alexander Cummins — historian of magic, diviner, and teacher of early modern cunning craft—for a deep and grounded conversation on working with spirits as allies in magical and divinatory practice.
Together, we explore what it really means to work with ancestral practitioners—the spirits of the magical dead—and how these relationships were understood historically, as well as how they can be approached with clarity and integrity today.

About
The Show
Coffee & Divination started eight summers ago, during North Wyldewood Coven's annual retreat. As we relaxed in the sunshine with our coffee and tea, we brought our cards and runes out to the table, and started reading for one another. As time passed, we've kept up the tradition in person and online, and now we're inviting you to join us!
Divination is the art of obtaining knowledge through hidden means, and has been a part of civilizations around the world - likely for tens of thousands of years. Divination can help us understand situations, answer questions, and give us insight on the threads that weave our lives together. While our world undergoes this time of upheaval, studying and practicing the arts of divination can help us navigate and plan for the roads ahead.
Each month, host JoAnna Farrer (HPS of the North Wyldewood Coven) will interview a different expert on divination, ranging from Geomancy, Tarot, Astrology, Oracles, Runes, and more, and we want you to be a part of the show! Some episodes take place LIVE on Zoom, so you can listen in, and submit questions for our guest experts.
