Core Conversations

During the Wylde Grove summit, our Core Conversations root us in what matters: the craft of leadership, the tending of communities, and the responsibilities of stewardship. Each one of these will form the basis of a live evening roundtable with speakers, and a set of focused pre-recorded talks released during the day. We’ll look at the real work of leading online and in person - through shared experience and practical tools.

01

Tech, Tools & Temples

What thrives online in the modern world, and what must remain in person or on the land? Thoughtful discussions about the use of tech, and the arts of sacred space.

03

After the Founder

Succession, shared stewardship, and building traditions that can outlive a single leader or generation - if we choose that path.

02

Seeds That Thrive

Structures and skills that help groups grow; pitfalls that burn leaders & practitioners out - and how we can prevent and navigate conflict with care.

04

The Spell of Belonging

In an age often named for disconnection, how do we create communities where people feel appreciated, and safe to grow? We’ll look at ritual, ceremonial, and community practices that foster connection and healthy relationships.

Leaders, Teachers, Stewards, Seekers

If your path includes guiding others - through ritual, teaching, organizing, or quiet service - this gathering offers the wisdom, tools, and companionship to do it well. It’s also for those who want an inside look at how healthy groups are built and how to be a strong community member, ally, or future steward. In small, living traditions, leadership is often shared, and we can all support the wellbeing and longevity of our spiritual communities.
